For those who wish to keep their workshop free from digital gimmicks, this practical, fully analog setup aid can be a real blessing. Two sizes are available to meet individual needs. Both the large and small setup gauges are made almost entirely of matte, stainless steel with solid material thickness. Only the knurled and „buttery smooth” tension wheel is made of brass. A spring ensures that the tongue does not drop down due to gravity when the tension wheel is released. A fine ratchet mechanism ensures a rock-solid fit with hardly surpassable repeatability. The easily readable laser engravings allow for quick and effortless adjustments. Separate, clearly assignable markings on the movable reference part represent the upper and lower edges of the tongue. To maximize application possibilities, this tool can be used both vertically and horizontally. The possibilities are nearly endless. Ideal, for example, for precise adjustments of:
- Circular saw blades
- Cutters
- Stops (router tables, table saws, band saws)
- Drilling machines
