Useful helper, consisting of two strong magnets housed in a casing that automatically adapts to different diameters (4 mm round shank – 6.35 mm hex shank).
When slid over a screwdriver blade or a bit, no screw will be lost again. Additionally, screw heads up to 10 mm in diameter find a certain guidance in a corresponding recess. Suitable for manual use as well as for use with a cordless screwdriver.
To demagnetize, the screwdriver or bit insert must be moved multiple times over the casing, finishing with pulling away. However, a residual magnetization cannot be completely excluded!
