The FRP series from MIYANAGA is a medium-duty version for fibre-reinforced plastics, with diameters ranging from 17 to 127 mm and a drilling depth of up to 45 mm. Therefore, the FRP version is particularly sought after in boat building. The FRP series is also versatile, suitable for acrylic, wood, plywood, chipboard, various types of composite materials, and even PVC pipes. It can even drill through metal façade panels and artificial marble. In this quick-change system, the shaft release is lifted, the shaft is pressed and twisted onto the hole saw, and the quick lock engages. The system is simple yet versatile: choose your desired hole saw size, preferred shaft, and pilot drill, and your hole saw is complete.
The seamless saw body is made from 1.9 mm thick material. In combination with the 3 mm wide carbide teeth, it enables jam-free drilling with good chip removal. Large side slots guide the chips into the free interior space of the hole saw body.
Maximum drilling depth is 45 mm.
Suitable for drills in rotary mode, turn off the impact mechanism!
The mounts are the same for all Poly-Clic hole saws!
