This diagonal cutter is the size of an electronics plier with the difference that it can open very wide. Made from „Marutolloy 1”, a special steel manufactured by Kobe Steel according to KEIBA’s specifications from CR-v70c chrome-vanadium steel with a slightly higher carbon content. This steel undergoes a special 14-hour heat treatment at KEIBA after forging. The result is a steel that is both tough and hard, allowing for a good edge to be sharpened – the ideal material for high-quality pliers.
