The traditional company YORK from the Czech Republic manufactures this solid and heavy vise. It can be rotated 45° to each side using an integrated swivel base with locking screws, allowing even hard-to-handle workpieces to be clamped in a way that provides a good working position. The wrench keys of the locking screws on the swivel base can be replaced with M10 nuts if the vise is rarely rotated or if there are concerns that the two side wrench keys might be in the way. Additionally, it can be set up without the swivel base. The spindle is housed in a closed cylinder to prevent premature contamination. An anvil is located at the rear. The jaws are made of high-quality steel and are replaceable.
Lux version with 2 small galvanized wrench keys for clamping on the swivel base. The front wrench key is also galvanized.
