A very solid construction and an ergonomic two-component handle characterize this sanding block. The 2.5 mm thick aluminum sanding plate is covered with 2.5 mm thick foam rubber. This provides a soft, yet not too flexible sanding surface. The sandpaper or sanding cloth is held in place by 2 strong spring clamps. You can use standard commercially available sanding sheets measuring 280 × 230 mm and cut them into 4 parts. Ideal for clean and quick sanding of large surfaces!
