Use of the Veritas Bar Gauge Heads
Simply screwed onto 2 strips of 6 x 19 mm, measurements can be compared or transferred: for example, whether a glued drawer or a body is truly rectangular. If both diagonals are equal, the body is rectangular. By avoiding numerical measurements, measurement errors are excluded. Included in the delivery are two brass pins to perform internal and external measurements that are smaller than the wood strips you are using. Wood is NOT included. You have to make the strips yourself!
