With these saw files, you can sharpen traditional Japanese saws. They are also well-suited for European saws with very fine teeth, and thanks to their slim geometry, they are versatile overall. Executed in cut 2. Saw files with cuts on both sides are mainly suitable for rip saws. For crosscut saws, there is a risk of cutting into the back of the adjacent tooth when dealing with the dense cross teeth, unless one is very careful. Therefore, we now offer single-sided Japanese saw files for crosscut saws. Made in Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan.
