FISCH Forstner bits with wave edge allow for effortless and fast cutting. They can be easily resharpened by hand. The wave edge (Wave Cutter) significantly reduces the high risk of overheating the cutting edges common with Forstner bits. With a careful approach, it can be resharpened up to 30 times. Made in Austria.
Very easy to use! In our experience, this bit drills cleanly and without tear-out even if the recommended speed is not maintained. The Fisch Wave Cutter is by far the Forstner bit that requires the least pressure. Therefore, it is our recommendation when you need to drill very precisely by hand on delicate workpieces! Less pressure during hand drilling means less risk of slipping and therefore more safety for the surfaces of your workpiece.
Design with centering point, peripheral cutting edges with wave edge, 2 cutting edges, shaft offset. For drilling tear-free, dimensionally accurate blind holes and for edge drilling.
