This is the quick-release version of the MIYANAGA hole saws, which allows for tool-free changes.
The shaft is simply pressed onto the hole saw with the supplied pilot drill and turned, and the quick-release locks into place. The system is simple yet versatile: choose your desired hole saw size and the preferred shaft with pilot drill, and your hole saw is complete.
This hole saw is suitable for wood, plywood, chipboard, MDF, polyvinyl pipe, fiberglass reinforced plastic, artificial marble, metal plates, including stainless steel up to 1.6 mm.
Nails embedded in wood are cut through without any problems!
