This drill stand from FAMAG with a square base and adjustable depth stops is suitable for drilling perfectly vertical holes in larger objects. This device is particularly helpful for larger drill diameters. You only need to clamp your drill – for drills with a Euro neck of 43 mm.
The flattened trapezoidal tab allows the drill stand to be held firmly on the workpiece with the foot. The return spring brings the drill back to its starting position. The drill guide plate with holes for 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, and 26 mm drills just above the foot provides good guidance for the drill. Lateral deviation, which is easily possible with freely guided drills, is reliably prevented. The included four-piece clamping device allows for precise positioning of holes on beams and square timbers.
