This effectively reduces the risk of the drill blades „catching” in the material and the risk of kickback on the drill’s handles. The chip depth limiter pins are set to the correct distance from the main blades using a setting gauge. The ground chip breaker grooves create shorter chips, which are better and more easily removed from the drill hole. Chip depth limiters and setting gauge are included in the delivery.
