With the Freeway fret saws, you can saw in any desired direction without having to turn the frame. Click on the small sketch on the left to see it enlarged! Fret saws differ from coping saws in that the cut is wider and coarser than that of the actual fine coping saws. We mention the term coping saw in this context nonetheless, because the applications often overlap and the terms are rarely clearly defined in everyday use. If you want to make very fine cuts, especially in thin material, we recommend the coping saws from Grobet.
