This kitchen shears in a purist modern design is not only stainless but also detachable. Once opened to about 110°, the two scissor parts can be separated. From a hygienic standpoint, this function is a great advantage when cleaning, even in the dishwasher or sterilizer.
These shears are also used where a knife is typically employed. You can cut chives just as well with them as you can meat.
NOT suitable for bones, frozen food, metal, wire, and particularly thick objects!
At a 110° opening angle, the two scissor parts can be separated without tools for cleaning purposes (see second image).
