Product information
The PZ-78 is a robust and versatile plier with 21 mm long cutting edges, extra-long handles for great leverage, and a crimping tool for cables (1.25 to 3.5 mm²) at the handle-side head end. The unique highlight, however, is a screw extraction function. The longitudinal serration of the gripping surfaces on the PZ-78 grips the screw with all teeth. This tooth geometry allows it to reliably grip screws that protrude only slightly from a surface. It is suitable for damaged round head screws, lens head screws, even rusty ones, and can also grip nails. The lateral offset of the longitudinal serration allows use in confined spaces (see video). Particularly useful is the extraction function for screws with exotic heads, for which you do not have a suitable screwdriver. Suitable for screw head diameters from 3 to 9.5 mm.
The handle made from thermoplastic rubber is pleasantly soft, fits very well in the hand, and its unique lamellar structure prevents twisting in the hand; important for users who use the pliers frequently. Manufactured by ENGINEER in Japan.
