The blade is non-stick coated for a clean cut. The forged design of the blade ensures long-lasting sharpness. The hook is hard-chromed as protection against corrosion, and forged grooves prevent the branch from slipping when gripped.
The screws are secured with a self-locking nut to prevent uncontrolled loosening of the bearing screw. An oil groove allows the moving parts to be lubricated without disassembly. The handles are made of high-strength aluminum, covered with a soft plastic in the hand area. A damper prevents a hard impact when cutting, thus protecting the user’s joints. This tool leaves nothing to be desired. Manufactured by BERGER in Wuppertal.
