This precisely adjustable guide rail can accommodate any circular saw. Any angled cuts between 15° and 165° are easy and straightforward to achieve. A rubber pad on the underside of the black hand rest effectively prevents slipping on the cutting material.
The protractor plate has a diameter of 165 mm and is made of stainless steel. The black scale on a white background allows for easy reading of angle degrees. The stop and rail are made of lightweight aluminum, which ensures fatigue-free working even during extended use. The weight of the 45 cm rail is 700 g, and the 30 cm rail is 620 g. The edge of the rail is made of stainless steel. The end edges of the rail are protected by plastic caps. The angle setting is fixed using a steel screw with a large brass nut and a foldable aluminum handle.
For better positioning of the circular saw or jigsaw on the workpiece, the rail extends 14 cm beyond the workpiece in the 90° setting. The rail itself is 65 mm wide and 7 mm high.
The underside stop that rests against the wood is hollow and equipped with a knurled screw. A strip measuring 10 × 4 mm (included) can be inserted into this hollow stop and secured with the knurled screw. This allows you to determine the distance between the rail and the cutting edge once, so you will always know what distance to maintain from the line for future cuts.
