A novelty are the extensions for screwdriver bits and drills, adjustable in a grid of 50 mm. The bit holders feature a quick-change chuck, with the bit being mechanically held. This is particularly important when the bit must not fall out or get stuck on the screw in inaccessible areas. Suitable for bits or drills with a standard hex shank of 6.35 mm. The shaft of the extension itself is also a hex shank with a diameter of 6.35 mm and thus fits all common screwdrivers and drills.
Note if you want to use this extension for drills:
This extension is not made for deep drill holes but rather to reach hard-to-access places. The locking mechanism for the extension part has a diameter of 20 mm, and it will be difficult to find a drill with a 6.35 hex shank that measures at least 21 mm in diameter.
To pull out or push in the extension, simply pull back the sleeve on the locking mechanism by about 4/5. This allows the extension part to slide freely. Once the sleeve is released, the extension locks into the next notch.
