These T-slot rails are designed to accommodate 1/4 inch hex head screws. Metric screws are not suitable, as the hexagonal heads of metric screws with 6 mm threads only have a diameter of 10 mm – however, 11 mm is required, as with the 1/4 inch coarse thread. We recommend the fasteners offered here. Easy assembly through pre-drilled mounting holes (diameter 3/16 inch (4.8 mm) spaced 3 inches (76 mm) apart) and supplied screws.
