With a standard bit holder of 6.35 mm (¼“), it is versatile in use. Long bits (bits from 50 mm) are securely held.
What makes this handle special, however, is not only the thoughtful design and choice of materials, but also the additional function provided by the continuous steel core (Go-Through) with a diameter of 10 mm, allowing for the loosening of stuck screws with decisive hammer blows.
This core, which transmits strikes practically without loss, is embedded in impact-resistant plastic (PP, green), which is encased in a non-slip and pleasantly grippy rubber coating (TPR, black).
Essentially hexagonal in cross-section, with a flattening in the front area, a pronounced taper slightly behind the middle, transitioning into a nearly equilateral hexagon, the DZ-70 offers excellent grip and thus a power transmission that is second to none. To achieve an even higher torque, a size 13 wrench can optionally be applied. The spherical end of the handle fits comfortably into the palm despite the massive striking surface, while the tapered area near the middle allows for quick rotation when only the fingertips are used. Additionally, there is no risk of the tool rolling away on an inclined surface.
