These extra-thin saw blades from the new series by Sistemi Klein are especially suitable for the increasingly popular battery-operated portable saws, but they perform just as well with mains-powered hand-held circular saws, miter saws, and table saws. On a laser-cut base plate hardened up to 46 HRC, application-appropriate shaped and aligned teeth made from selected fine-grained carbide KCR10 are applied. This material is largely resistant to stress and corrosion. Special slots ensure noise-reduced operation and prevent warping and thus fluttering of the blade by reducing stress.
Overall, in addition to a longer battery life due to the narrow kerf, there is a higher feed speed, resulting in faster work progress and a more precise result while maintaining a quieter working environment.
For example, the savings in material to be cut can be illustrated by comparing the kerf widths of two blades with a diameter of 210 mm:
- Conventional saw blade: 2.8 mm
- Extra-thin saw blade: 1.8 mm
This results in a significant reduction in kerf width by 1/3!
