5-piece measuring tool set from
DASQUA

Product information

With this versatile set, you can tackle not only common tasks but also more specific ones. Except for the multifunctional gauge made of steel, all other tools are made from black anodized, CNC-machined aluminum with laser-engraved scales. The slightly matte surface texture provides a good grip on the measuring tools. Fingerprints do not adhere. The high contrast of the white markings on a black background allows for excellent, glare-free reading. The scales and labels in white are not just printed on but are protected within the laser-created recess. This ensures the tool remains usable for many years without any degradation.

Included in a well-padded cardboard box with magnetic closure, the set contains the following tools:

Scribing Pen with Clip
Robust all-metal design with a practical clip that provides a comfortable holding force. Total length 150 mm. Aggressive tip for making marks on wood, plastic, metal, ceramics, or glass. Delivered with a protective cap made of elastic material.

Center Finder/Centering Angle
This center finder or midpoint finder is used for easily determining the center of round workpieces up to 90 mm in diameter. The intersection of two offset scribed lines gives the center point. The outer leg length is 70 mm with a thickness of 7 mm, and the scale with millimeter divisions on the 4 mm thick marking ruler runs up to 10 cm.

Multifunctional Gauge

  • Removable measuring wedge, 109 mm long with a hanging hole. Reading from 1 – 13 mm, with 0.1 mm divisions. Reverse side in inches, reading to 1/64"
  • Centrally arranged measuring option for round workpieces with a diameter of 1 to 13 mm, accurate to 0.1 mm
  • Semicircular angle scale with 5° divisions with a center hole and V-shaped marking aids every 30°, additionally 45° and 135°
  • Millimeter scale from right to left on the outside over 7 cm
  • 11 holes for fast determination of round material M3 to M20
  • Thread gauge with 10 different thread pitches: 0.5, 0.7, 0.8, 1.0, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0. Table with thread, pitch, and drill diameter on the reverse side
  • 6 cutouts for determining the thickness of washers or the diameter of wire: 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 mm
  • Dimensions: 90 × 170 mm, steel, non-magnetic, solid 1.3 mm thick, satin black finish

Combination Square 305 mm
Main body forged and CNC machined from solid, solid 20 mm thick, providing a good stand. Sandblasted and anodized. In addition to 90°, a 45° angle can also be achieved.

The 25 mm wide and 2 mm thick ruler has both metric and inch scales on both sides. Front and back are marked in opposite directions. Conversion is possible by simply loosening the locking screw with a knurled brass nut. By rotating the „tension nose” at the other end, the ruler with its centrally arranged guide groove can also be mounted on the other side. A total of 4 different combinations are possible, depending on current requirements.

Scribing needle made of steel with a knurled brass head can be securely parked in the main body via a thread.

Rafter Square
This rafter square combines the functions of a try square, combination square, carpenter’s square, and saw guide, and is shaped like a right-angled triangle with a stop on one leg. The edge of the other leg is equipped with a mm scale. A groove with notches is milled under the cm scale, allowing for easy scribing of half and full centimeters with a pencil. At a 90° angle to this groove, parallel to the stop, there is another groove with a cm scale, whose zero point is at the edge.

The hypotenuse opposite the right angle features a degree scale for measuring angles. To mark a saw cut, place the square with the stop edge against the workpiece and press at the pivot point (marked on the square: PIVOT). Rotate the other end away from the edge until the edge and desired angle are aligned. Now the cut line can be scribed. Please note that the complementary angle is always displayed: if 30° is placed against the edge, the resulting angle is 60°!

Parallel to the degree scale, another groove is milled with two scales for rafter cuts, the upper one for hip rafters (marked on the square: HIP-VAL) and the lower one for common rafters (marked on the square: COMMON).
