Shikisai Nami Damascus Kitchen Knives
This elegant kitchen knife comes from Seki, Japan, a town known throughout the country for its knifemakers. The outer layers of the blade are in Damascus steel and the grip in practical, stable plastic. The blade is in stainless steel. The layer that makes up the cutting edge is in AUS-8 steel, a stainless alloy made by the Aichi Steel Corportation in Japan. It provides a long-lasting edge, is very tough and break-resistant.
