European Union 1. Prices and Invoices Invoices will be presented in EUROs. All prices are including VAT at 19 % (books 7 %). Each shipment is accompanied by an invoice showing sum excl. VAT, sum incl. VAT and VAT itself. 2. Price Changes All offers and prices are subject to change. You will be notified immediately, if an item is not in stock or a price has changed. In each case you can withdraw your order. 3. Shipping charges Shipping charges apply. You find them on our shipping information page. Exceptions are mentioned in the item description, if the goods are particularly heavy and/or bulky. 4. Return of goods The goods may be exchanged or the purchase price refunded within 30 days of receipt if the customer is a private person. If you are returning goods, we pay the charges, if you use our Return system. Contact us before to get the appropriate information how it works. If you are a company or you ordered the goods for professional use, you have to pay the return charges. Goods that have been used, or goods made or supplied to a special order, or larger quantities of one item cannot be returned! COD-charges and shipping charges from our warehouse to you cannot be refunded. 5. How to pay The following methods of payment are possible: Direct debit - only with German Address and German bank account Cash on delivery - an addidional charge appears, see our shipping information By credit card - We accept the following cards: Visa, Master, American Express, Diners Payment in advance - Please wait till receipt of confirmation with total sum. In our shop - by cash, creditcard or the convenient EC card We do not accept cheques or money orders. With new customers making large orders, we may ask for bank transfer in advance. 6. Volume discounts Only if you order online through our shopping cart: orders of € 100.00 discount 2 %, € 200.00 discount 3 %, € 400.00 discount 4 %. Returns can drop the discount. 7. Reservation as to ownership The goods remain the property of the supplier until paid for in full. 8. Legal Jurisdiction The place with jurisdiction for fulfilment and hearings in the case of registered business persons and all persons from abroad is Berlin.

Return of goods If you wish to return a product for any reason, please e-mail us before and send it with a shipper of your choice within 30 days upon receipt. You have to pay the return postage. Both, shipping costs and return postage are not refundable on orders from outside the European Union. Goods made or supplied to a special order and used goods cannot be returned. Any bank charges arising out of repayment will be passed on to the customer. 5. A note on what we do with the information you give us You can rely on us not to pass on your personal details under any circumstances to other companies or private persons or institutions. (It is, however, impossible for us to prevent inspection by the authorities, the Tax Office, for example.) If you supply us with your address, you may expect to receive the occasional written communication from us, but we never indulge in bulk mail advertisements. You would only receive a telephone call from us if we had to check the details of a current order or inquiry, and certainly never for advertising purposes.
