How to order on fine-tools.com?

Simple: Click order number of choosed item! The item is in the shopping cart.

Click item text to return to the previous page. Of course you can use the "Return"-button of your browser for the same purpose.

Select country and payment method. Immediately you see all costs before making your personal entries! (Calculated for orders up to 60 kg = 132 lbs) Payment methods and shipping charges are different from country to country. The "Order"-button takes you to the page where you make your personal entries.

After you made your personal entries you will be asked to control them again.

To finish your order click: "Send your Order" Finished! Check your email to see the order confirmation.

The ordering process is SSL3-encrypted and secure! To determine if this data protection service is activated, look for a lock or key on the bottom line of the screen in your browser. If the lock is open or the key is broken, the information being exchanged is not protected by encryption. If the lock is closed or the key is solid, encryption is active and the information being sent is secure.

But after clicking the "Next: Check Your Entries" button, the page comes back with all of the blanks marked: "XXXX is a required field!" Solution: In this case, your firewall or your router is blocking the data transfer. So your information is not reaching our server at all and so it can only reply that it has not received any information. In this case, there is nothing Fine Tools can do to help. In a business network, you can ask the administrator to change the settings so that you can send the order. On your private router or computer, you must do this yourself. If for any reason this proves impractical or impossible, you can give us your order by fax, letter, or telephone.
