Shipping information for orders from outside the European UnionIf you are ordering from outside the European Union, you do NOT pay the VAT (Sales Tax), which is 19 % in Germany . This tax is included in our catalog prices, you pay less!

The customer is responsible for any custom duties charged by his home country or additional clearance costs charged by his national post organisation. Be aware that in most countries duties are payable on the total value of the shipment, that includes the goods and the shipping costs! The maximum weight of a parcel shipped with German Post to most countries is 31.5 kg (70 lbs), to some countries only 20 kg. The length is limited to 100 cm (39 in.). Items longer than this size we ship by UPS only. |
Out-of-Stock ItemsWe will usually send your order on the day it arrives or at most 2 working days later. If an item is not in stock, we will tell you how long it likely will take to come in to us and ask you how to proceed. We can hold your order untill all items are available or send what we have. We are unable to accept back orders for out-of-stock items from countries outside the European Union.ReturnsIf you wish to return a product for any reason, please e-mail us before and send it with a shipper of your choice within 30 days upon receipt. You have to pay the return postage. Both, shipping costs and return postage are not refundable on orders from outside the European Union. Goods made or supplied to a special order and used goods cannot be returned. Any bank charges arising out of repayment will be passed on to the customer. |
