These screwdriver bits are made from high alloy steel for optimum results regarding hardness and torque, and to the finest tolerances, perfect for fit to the fixing. The bits can thus achieve high wear restistance when used in industry or by professional craftsmen.
We carry the TIN bits made by SCHRÖDER/Germany. TIN-Bits are for heavy use - surface hardness for durable use; Titanium Nitride coated with high surface hardness of ~ 90 HRC, increase in roughness, good bonding of steel and coating, longer life, reduced cam out forces. The bits are not walleted. You only order the quantity you really need!
Schröder PHZ TIN Bits
The PHZ-Bit from Schröder offers the solution: it can be used either for Pozidriv or Phillips screws. It can easily be recognized by its shape and the golden tip. The tip is coated on a titanium nitrite basis, so that the PHZ-Bit is also high durable. Specially for carpenters and dry mortarless constructors, the PHZ-Bit offers big advantages, because the screws in this field often have both types of drive, Pozidriv and Phillips. With the PHZ-Bit you only need sizes 1, 2, and 3 and they cover 6 sizes of Pozidriv and Phillips screws.

Unfortunately we have only one size available. But it is easy to file these bits down to the correct size for almost any job. These come from remaindered stock, and are not currently being produced. Made in Germany.
