The new designed FCE (First Clean Exit) self guiding PenBlank Drill bit from Miebach (Patent pending) with precision cutting characteristics and a newly developed cutting point guarantees a clean hole without breakage and chipping after drilling in/out. For the first time no support at the back or any other attachment is needed for drilling of a clean hole at both sides which is an absolutely new design against all existing known types of drill bits. They perform well on all soft- and hardwoods, even tropical woods. Perfect for cutting deep holes in pen blanks! We offer these bits in mm- and inch measurements!

Application

Especially suited for drilling of particle boards, coated paricle boards, plastic material such as acrylic and all kinds of soft and hard wood.
for drilling holes without breakage and chipping.
for drilling deep holes for example pen blanks

Application Recommendation

Usage of these bits is recommended on hand drilling machines, stationary application such as on drill presses, CNC boring machines inserting machinery.
Speed range: 1000 - 3500 rpm, depending up on materials and diameter of drill.
