The new designed FCE (First Clean Exit) self guiding Drill bit for wood from Miebach (Patent pending) with precision cutting characteristics and a newly developed cutting point guarantees a clean hole without breakage and chipping after drilling in/out. For the first time no support at the back or any other attachment is needed for drilling of a clean hole at both sides which is an absolutely new design against all existing known types of drill bits. Application

Especially suited for drilling of particle boards, coated paricle boards, plastic material and all kinds of soft and hard wood.
for drilling holes without breakage and chipping.

Application Recommendation

Usage of these bits is recommended on hand drilling machines, stationary application such as on drill presses, CNC boring machines inserting machinery.
Speed range: 1000 - 3500 rpm, depending up on materials and diameter of drill.
