	Countersink and Deburring Tool made by CLIFTON This is not only the nicest countersink we have ever seen, it is simply the best. It is a special chatter-free countersinking tool for chamfering or deburring in wood and most nonferrous metals. Its unique geometry gives a very clean cutting action and excellent chip clearance. Made from high speed steel, hardened and tempered to 62 to 63 Rockwell C; the handle is rosewood with a polished brass ferrule / finger guard. Depth Stops These depth stops feature a special plastic cap which rotates with the depth stop. When the cap comes in contact with the workpiece, it stops rotating, which indicates that the desired depth has been reached; it also prevents the depth stop from making ugly friction marks on the work. Knot Remover and Patching Tool Knots and other defects in diameters ranging from 5 mm (3/16 in.) to 25 mm (1 in.) can be removed and patched with this tool! The special drill bit removes the defect, and leaves a conical hole. The dowel pointer, which looks and works like an oversize pencil sharpener, is used to sharpen the round stock to fit the hole. The finished stock is then driven into the hole. Due to the conical shape of the drill bit, you control the size of the hole. Made in Japan. The tool offers various possibilities: not only can you choose the kind of wood to be used to patch the defect, you don't have to use factory-made dowels; other stock, even tree branches of suitable size will do! Famag Adjustable Countersink Vario 90 Will be translated soon! Oft ist beim Bohren und Senken in Holz in einem Arbeitsgang der passende Aufsteckversenker nicht zur Hand. Diesen HM-bestückten Varioversenker können sie auf jeden Holzspiralbohrer mit 3 - 8 mm Durchmesser montieren. Dieses Werkzeug besteht aus 2 Halbschalen, die ganz einfach mit zwei Schrauben auf dem Bohrer befestigt werden. Auf der Skizze links sehen Sie die verschiedenen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten bezüglich der Versenktiefe. Ausführung 90° speziell für Senkkopfschrauben! Ideal z. B. für die schnelle Montage von Terassenböden aus Hartholz. Anwendung: Der Aufsteckversenker wird einfach auf den Bohrer montiert. Die Ausfräsungen auf der Innenseite des Senkers sorgen dafür, daß der Senker achsial zum Bohrer ausgerichtet ist. Nachdem man die Tiefe eingestellt hat, wird der Senker mittels zweier Inbusschrauben fixiert.
