Japanese combination waterstone "Cerax" grit 1000/3000

With this stone you have a fast way to achieve a good edge on knives and woodworking tools. Grit 1000 (brown side) is for sharpening, grit 3000 (beige side) for honing.

Use Japanese waterstones with water only, never with oil! Soak the stone 5 minutes long before you begin to sharpen.
