"Bohrmax" or "Bormax"?
The correct name for these excellent bits is "Bormax" - a registered trademark of FAMAG, the manufacturer.
Many customers have told us that since they started using Bormax bits by FAMAG, their old forstner bits have entered a gentle, peaceful retirement, and that this is a good thing, because they were always overheating, with all the well-known bad effects that can have on the cut.
