This instrument allows you to monitor the humidity in your workshop, giving you advance notice of problems before they begin to damage tools and furniture there. The hygrometer/thermometer is designed to be hung on a wall.
Important:
Never hang it in direct sunlight
Never leave it exposed to rain or snow.
Never submerse it in water.
Never expose it to a strong heat source.
Never drop it.
Hang the instrument using the eye on its back.
Hanging the instrument in a area exposed to drafts or over a heat source like a heater or television will make accurate measurements impossible.
